DATA PROTECTION ACT:- Under the Data Protection Act it is necessary for you to consent to the above mentioned
membership information being held in computerised records, and this will be assumed by virtue of the fact you forward the
above information as requested. The information provided will be used by Club Officials to conduct Club business. It will
not be supplied to third parties.
If for any reason, you do not want your membership details to be held on a computer, please send the above information
