4th September Results: Congratulations to our ladies for winning the Essex Rosebowl Tournament. Having finished top in their 'round robin' group they breezed through the semi-final to beat Crostyx in the final.

27th July News: Our very own Nick Harris has been selected to go to Madagascar with a school expedition next year where they will be building a secondary school block in the Merina village of Andranosoa .  They need to raise £20,000 and as part of that fundraising, Nick will be abseiling from the YMCA building in September, and would really welcome some sponsors.  If anyone would be prepared to sponsor him, could they let him know so we can include you in his sponsorship form.  If anyone would like more information, just CLICK HERE.

20th June Diary: Upminster HC AGM: This will take place THIS Thursday 23rd June, starting 8pm at the clubhouse. All club members (and invited non-members) should attend, if possible. 
We need to identify who will be our committee and playing captains for the new season, so you should look at the Officer Nominations, which have been posted on the website. There are still quite a few vacant posts for which we need volunteers - CLICK HERE to view - and to apply, just get a proposer and seconder and email the club secretary (honsec@upminsterhc etc). Or, if you wish to propose someone, just check with them and find a seconder!
