BAR ROTA - 2008/9

Please be aware that completion of your bar duty is a requirement of membership for over 18 year olds.
In the event that you are unable to fulfil your bar duty, it is up to YOU to find someone to switch with.
It is nobody else's responsibility to find a replacement for you on the day, when you realise it's your turn.
You should then email bar_rota@upminsterhc.co.uk to advise of the changes made.
Anyone failing to do their duty may not be selected for the next competitive match they make themselves available for.
If your bar duty is on the same day as a social event, you are expected to remain on bar until at least 11pm.
